Job Description Stellantis is seeking a Senior Counsel – Corporate & Treasury for a dual-focus role, serving as the regional lead for Corporate matters and supporting the global lead for Treasury & Securities, with responsibility for senior-level legal counseling and execution across corporate governance and treasury-related matters, while partnering closely with finance leadership and other cross-functional stakeholders. Job Responsibilities: - Lead role in the North America region on corporate governance matters, including board and committee operations, governance policies, and corporate formalities - Provide ongoing legal support for subsidiary governance, including entity maintenance, director and officer appointments, intercompany transactions, and corporate records management - Provide legal support to the Treasury organization, under the direction of the global lead for Treasury & Securities, on securities reporting, financing transactions and treasury initiatives. - Draft and review documentation related to debt issuances, credit agreements, guarantees, intercompany arrangements, and other treasury transactions - Serve as a legal partner to Finance, Treasury, Accounting, T...
