Job Description Summary An Engineer in Outage Engineering will develop and deliver Outage Servicing Tools and Equipment that are used during maintenance, inspection, refueling and outages in both Boiling Water Reactors and Pressurized Water Reactors at domestic and international Nuclear Plants. The Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, analysis and testing of new products and technology to meet customer needs and overcome complex technical challenges. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: As an Engineer you will: - Execute the design, and development for specialty tooling and equipment using sound engineering principles and adhering to engineering standards, practices, procedures, and product requirements. - Develop Outage Servicing Tooling of medium to high complexity. - Proactively communicate and deliver assignments on time. - Identify and mitigate technical risk. - Communicate technical detail to fabricators and technicians through the generation of fabrication drawings, specifications, and direct communication. - Generate operational instructions for newly developed tools and equipment. - Contribute to the success of others by providing feedback and...
