Job Description: ​​WHAT YOU’LL DO​: As a Total Rewards Partner, you will partner with the business to deliver and govern Total Reward practices that are consistent, compliant, competitive, and aligned with global frameworks. You will support leaders with insights, data, and expert guidance to drive fair and business‑relevant reward decisions. In this role, you will be responsible for the Sales Market Türkiye, consisting of Türkiye, Kazakhstan and Georgia. You will: - Act as a Total Rewards partner for the Sales Market, ensuring alignment with global Total Reward strategy while maintaining local relevance. - Lead the execution of compensation, benefits, mobility, and other rewards programs at Sales Market level. - Support the implementation and communication of pay structures and compensation principles across the sales market - Oversee annual rewards processes including salary review, incentive planning, budgeting, and market benchmarking. - Drive compliance with global Total Rewards policies and ensure alignment with local legislation and internal standards. - Partner with People, Finance, and business stakeholders to enable strong reward‑related decision‑making. - Provide expert...
