Join our Team!: Join us as Adoption Lead – EHR at Dedalus, one of the world’s leading healthcare technology companies, within our ANZ Product Business Unit in Australia . In this role, you will do some of the most meaningful work of your career — shaping how the Dedalus Electronic Health Record (EHR) is delivered to the first ANZ clients across the region with the aim of enabling better care. What you’ll achieve: As an Adoption Lead – EHR you will work directly with the EHR Program Director to define, operationalise, and drive execution of the ANZ Dedalus EHR implementation program aligned with the ORBIS EMR offering. You will lead Dedalus’ overall strategy and planning for change management and training, including tools and artefacts to be used as part of the Dedalus Implementation Methodology. In the context of the implementation project, the Adoption Lead partners closely with the Dedalus team and client team to define and execute the Super User training effort, while supporting the client in development of client-owned change management strategies, benefits realisation plans, a...
