Salary Range : $112,406.00 - $168,608.00 Position Summary: The Manager, Engineering Change Control leads the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process across the organization. This role ensures engineering changes are defined, reviewed, and implemented accurately and efficiently, minimizing disruption to manufacturing, inventory, and customer commitments. As the process owner for engineering change control, this role partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and PDM to drive consistency, data integrity, and operational excellence. The Manager is responsible for both team leadership and end-to-end process performance, enabling scalable and high-quality change execution across the enterprise. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite work three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
