Synectic Solutions Inc. (SSI), a leading provider of engineering and logistics support to the Department of Defense, is aggressively growing and seeking a skilled Project Controller to join our high-performance team. This role will support complex government programs and provide critical financial oversight to ensure cost, schedule, and performance alignment. Responsibilities: - Provide financial control, reporting, and analysis for multiple DoD contracts. - Maintain, track, and update budgets, forecasts, and expenditures in accordance with contractual requirements and company policies. - Manage financial reporting, oversight, and program performance metrics. - Support Program Managers with labor planning, project status reviews, and variance analysis. - Generate monthly financial reporting packages and interface with internal finance and operations teams. - Maintain and analyze indirect rate structures to ensure accuracy in cost reporting and planning. - Serve as a Unanet SME for project setup, labor tracking, indirect allocations, and billing workflows.
