Job description

Department: 36309 Advocate Lutheran General Hospital - Radiology Informatics Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: No Hou rs Per Week: 16 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Day shift Radiology Informatics, 2 shifts per week. Pay Range: $20.80 - $31.20 Major Responsibilities: - Reviews all current imaging exams and manages by retrieving archived imaging from a storage database. - Utilizes PACs to produce image CDs for patients, departments, and clinics as required. Pushes images electronically via email, Ambra, or VPN. - Digitizes hard copy films as required for storage/interpretation on PACs. - Implements protocols as directed by the system PACs Administrators. - Participates in department in-service programs. - Follows PACs policies and procedures which enable patients and their images to flow through the system in an efficient manner. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification Required: - None Required. Education Required: - High School Graduate. Experience Required: - None required.
