Associate Aerospace Systems Safety Engineer (Systems Safety & Mission Assurance) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking an Associate Aerospace Systems Safety Engineer (Systems Safety & Mission Assurance) to join the team in Hazelwood, MO. Join a systems safety team on a proprietary Air Dominance program. Work on system and software safety analyses, hazards mitigations, and verifications using MIL-STD-882E. Collaborate with design, test, and certification teams to integrate safety into the project. Position Overview: - Perform and document safety analyses for systems and software - Contribute to hazard identification, mitigation, and verification activities - Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to define, validate, and integrate safety requirements - Support tests, inspections, and simulations to verify safety requirements. - Resolve multi-functional technical issues Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience): - Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications di...
