First-Line Manufacturing Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for First-Line Manufacturing Manager (Level K) to support the Manufacturing Operations Support and Logistics (MOS&L) organization supporting CSCHA (Communication System Confined Hazardous Areas) based out of Everett, Washington on 1st shift. Position Responsibilities: - Manages employee activities within planning, analysis, project administration - Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. - Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements - Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports - Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. - Manages, develops and motivates employees Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment - 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role - 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outloo...
