Employment Type: Part time Shift: Day Shift Description: At Mount Sinai Rehab Hospital t he Nursing Assistant II works under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse. What you will do: - Collect and report patient information and data - Help patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, diet, fluid intake, elimination, skin care, bathing and dressing, positioning, transfers, mobility and ambulation - Patient Transport - Collection of specimens - Distribution of linens and supplies to patient rooms - Deliver ice and beverages to patients Minimum Qualifications: - Education : Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma/GED. A graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program - Five years CNA experience required - Certification : Current Connecticut Nurse Aide Registry certification required.
