Railroad Track Foreman - Spartanburg, SC. Road & Rail Services About the Role: We're looking for an experienced Railroad Track Foreman to lead and support crews in the construction, maintenance, and repair of railroad track. This is a leadership role that combines hands-on work with crew supervision. Travel may be required up to 100%. What You'll Do: As a Track Foreman, you will lead and work alongside track maintenance and construction crews to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently. You'll be responsible for training, mentoring, and evaluating team members while maintaining compliance with FRA safety regulations. This role involves managing material inventories, maintaining accurate reports, and handling administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, documentation, and safety reporting. You will also operate loaders, specialty railroad equipment, and power tools, supporting both the leadership and hands-on aspects of the job.
