Division Overview: The mission of the Human Resources Bureau (HRB) is to attract, engage, develop and retain a high performing workforce. We partner with the Department of Revenue (DOR) and Administration & Finance IT (A&F IT) management teams to develop strategies in workforce planning, recruitment, training and performance management (EPRS & MassPerform). HRB is responsible for maintaining employee records, reviewing and monitoring transactions related to the payroll systems (HR/CMS), and overseeing all DOR (MassCareers) recruitment initiatives.
