Adjunct Faculty Mastering the AWS Cloud: Department of Cybersecurity: UMGC Stateside: Location: Stateside Remote: University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) seeks adjunct faculty to teach remotely for the Cloud Computing & Telecommunications program . Specifically, we are seeking faculty for the following course: Mastering the AWS Cloud (CMIT 426): A hands-on study of Amazon Web Services (AWS). The goal is to understand the computing, networking, storage, and database services in AWS; apply best practices in building secure and reliable applications in the AWS cloud environment; and identify the appropriate AWS service to meet an organization's technical requirements. Required Education and Experience: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution of higher learning Professional experience in Computer Networking and Security Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education is strongly preferred Specifically, we are seeking faculty to teach remotely.
