The role We’re now looking for a motivated Account Handler/ Executive to join the Jensten Group. You will work within the Financial & Professional Risk (FINPRO) division- working on Retail & Wholesale business, assisting in the retention of the client portfolio and the identification of new development/ growth opportunities. Based from our Marlow House office in Central London (flexible with hybrid working options), you’ll look after a book of business which is made up of long-standing Professional Indemnity clients. Some key objectives & responsibilities will include: Handling renewals and mid-term adjustments by assessing the risk and claims information held on file, taking additional information from clients and obtaining quotations from insurers. Putting forward renewal quotations to customers in a timely manner and chasing for instructions with the view of achieving optimum profitable renewal retention rate and growth within the set timescales.
