Position Summary The Spa Manager provides essential leadership and daily operational oversight for the Spa and Fitness departments. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of guest service, maintaining departmental profitability, and fostering a professional environment for both associates and members. Key focuses include staff supervision, inventory control, payroll management, and the implementation of luxury service standards. Core Responsibilities: Operational & Financial Management: - Manage the annual operating budget and provide weekly progress reports to the Director of Recreation. - Review and approve purchase orders while maintaining rigorous inventory control procedures. - Utilize financial plans to identify trends, measure productivity, and monitor departmental progress. - Conduct ongoing service and product margin analysis to ensure profitability and manage operational costs. - Ensure all spa and fitness equipment is maintained in optimal working condition.
