You’ll follow a clear script, explain pricing in plain language and guide them to a confident decision. It’s structured and target driven, but you’re never left guessing. Training is paid, coaching is regular and feedback is consistent. You build confidence week by week, earn bonuses for strong results and help real people feel clear and confident about their cover. What you’ll be doing: - A full-time role in-office at Sippy Downs - Take inbound calls from customers, helping them understand and choose the right cover - Follow scripts and call flows while learning how to guide real conversations confidently - Read and interpret policy information in real time, explaining cover and costs clearly - Work towards sales and performance targets while building strong sales habits - Work across multiple systems at once, including online quoting tools - Receive regular coaching and feedback, and use it to build confidence and capability over time What great looks like: If you can se...
