This position involves overseeing the daily operations of security personnel, ensuring that all security measures are consistently implemented and adhered to. By coordinating the efforts of the security team, the supervisor ensures secure environment for both property and individuals. The role requires a blend of leadership skills and a deep understanding of security protocols, aiming to maintain order, prevent incidents and respond effectively to emergencies.
