Join us and help write the next chapter of our story. Job Overview: The Human Resources – Compensation Intern participates in Macy’s 8-week Summer Internship Program within Corporate Human Resources. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting the Compensation team, where interns gain exposure to how organizations design, analyze, and implement pay programs that attract, motivate, and retain talent. Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) beginning June 1, 2026 This role is ideal for students who are analytically minded, business-oriented, and interested in the strategic role compensation plays in workforce planning and organizational performance.
