As a Field Guide, you will be on the front lines of this transformative journey, creating a supportive, adventurous, and safe environment for our students to thrive. Imagine teaching life-changing wilderness skills like building a bowdrill fire, crafting shelters from tarps, exploring ancient petroglyphs, conquering mountain peaks, and witnessing wild mustang herds at sunrise. Our Field Guides spend 8-day shifts in the backcountry, hiking, mentoring, and leading small groups of teens through immersive outdoor challenges that empower and inspire.
