Finance Systems Analyst Department: Client Finance: Employment Type: Permanent: Location: Cheltenham: Reporting To: Finance Systems Manager / Head of Finance Description: The Finance Systems Analyst at PoloWorks is responsible for the administration, governance and ongoing development of the company’s finance system, Sage Intacct. This role ensures system integrity, appropriate user access, accurate financial data and efficient workflows, while acting as a subject matter expert and key point of contact for finance system users across the business. Key Responsibilities: User Access & Security Management Set up new finance employees as business users within finance systems.Set up new employees as timesheet users and manage timesheet approvers.Process access change requests and maintain appropriate system permissions.Perform quarterly access reviews to ensure compliance with internal controls.Conduct segregation of duties (SoD) reviews and maintain related controls.
