YOUR IMPACT: As a Principal Engineer for our Customer Experience (CX) Domain , you will further build out the strategy of our GenAI offerings across the customer lifecycle, including agentic AI and conversational AI solutions for marketing, sales, and customer support. You will cultivate a competitive edge through your technical expertise and collaborate closely with the Domain Owner to shape the CX domain vision and roadmap. You will lead or advise on some of our largest and most complex customer-facing projects, spanning pre-sales, solution design, and delivery. This is a highly visible, high-impact role that blends deep technical leadership with business strategy and client-facing excellence , and plays a critical role in defining how ML6 delivers AI-powered customer experiences at scale. You will: Define the Future : Drive the strategy for the CX domain, deciding where to invest our efforts, and how we approach the market.
