Position Status : Full-Time Hourly Rate : $20/hr. Location/Address : 4105 N Franklin Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46226 Job Summary: ShopGoodwill.com is the first e-commerce platform created, owned, and operated by a nonprofit organization. Today, more than 130 Goodwill organizations from around the United States and Canada list and auction unique items on the site, including art, antiques, collectibles, apparel, jewelry, electronics, and more. Goodwill provides an engaging online shopping experience on this site and other online destinations to further Goodwill’s mission of helping people who are facing barriers in finding jobs. The eCommerce Department Leader works with the Operations Manager, the facility leadership team, and external resources to achieve facility operational objectives that support the annual operating plan/budget. The Department Leader makes decisions involving customers, suppliers, team members, operational issues, business planning, priority-setting, creating staff schedules, team member performance appraisals and development, compliance with company policies, and all areas of the business.
