Location North Yorkshire: Company: Sofina Foods Hours of Work: Full-time The Ideal Candidate: - Strong background in food manufacturing, preferably in meat, with a solid understanding of FMCG production. - Demonstrates a desire to question processes and seek improvements in efficiency. - Proven leadership, coaching, and management experience, with a track record in people and performance management. - Experience supporting training and development within teams. - Skilled in effectively managing diverse teams. - GCSE / O-level or equivalent in Maths and English. - Computer literate. - Familiarity with good manufacturing practices (GMP). - Understanding of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) Level 2 standards. - Awareness of hygiene and health and safety standards. - Strong organizational skills and a pragmatic approach.
