Job Description Summary GE Aerospace’s On Wing Support (OWS) business provides rapid, on-wing engine repairs and quick-turn solutions that give customers the flexibility to perform value-added repairs when and where they need them, helping lower operational costs and maximize time on wing. With GE’s worldwide network of dispatch and quick-turn engine maintenance facilities, On Wing Support provides repair solutions customers worldwide. As the On Wing Support HR Partner | DFW & PIT, you will serve as the strategic and hands-on HR partner for two sites: our Ft. Worth, Texas On Wing Support site (performing traditional overhaul repair workscopes in shop and in the field with a future engine test cell) and our Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania engine test cell. In this role, you will act as a partner to operations leaders supporting a production workforce in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. This role drives Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost outcomes by executing core HR processes and coaching leaders on day-to-day people matters across both sites.
