Body Line Mechanic Trainee Hourly pay per hour: $29.21 + Wage Increase Every 1000 Hours of Training Up to 6000 Hours. Shifts: 1st shift: 7am-3pm, 2nd shift: 3pm- 11pm, 3rd shift: 11pm-7am Job Responsibilities: - Inspect machine to determine if it is in proper operating condition. - Inspect cut stock and cans at all stages of production to determine if they meet quality standards. - Perform maintenance of machines as required to include adjustments, exchange of parts, overhaul, installation of change parts and other adjustment, repairs and alterations as required. - Participate in overhaul planning. - Instruct body line mechanic trainee as required in the efficient performance of their duties. - Keep all production and maintenance records pertaining to job. - Report all downtime in ProTraQ. - Report unusual events or emergencies to supervisor immediately. - Consult with supervisor regarding company policies and procedures. - Maintain working area in clean and orderly condition. - Performs other duties as assigned.
