Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: however, other duties may be assigned. - Using a SOP, stack raw materials according to diagram on pallets - Move pallets to staging area. - Assist in safety/sanitation in maintaining a safe/clean work area . Key Areas of Responsibility: - Demonstrate the ability for communication, verbally and written, along with good listening skills. - Demonstrate the ability to work well with others and possess good team building skills. - Use time wisely, willing to accept change, and initiate self and team development. - Complete work under safe operating procedures. - Provide input as appropriate regarding safety. - Ensure working conditions are safe and enforce safety requirements. - Provide input on safety reviews. - Maintain clean work environment and support 5 S standards. - Stacking operator works as a team with 1 other stacking operator. A stacking operator will only be allowed to “stack” alone for 2 consecutive days before being assigned additional help.
