Job Description The Cloud Solutions Engineer is a customer-facing technical expert responsible for guiding enterprise customers and prospective customers through evaluating and adopting the MiTek Cloud solution. This role is ideal for a cloud or infrastructure professional with hands-on experience designing, deploying, or supporting production environments and enjoys translating technical expertise into business value. The Cloud Solutions Engineer partners closely with Sales, Product Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure customers understand not just what MiTek Cloud does, but why and how it delivers measurable operational impact. The ideal candidate combines their deep cloud infrastructure knowledge with strong communication, collaboration, and consultative skills.
