Requisition Number: 223834 Job Description: The Legal Intern supports Cintas in-house lawyers and business partners on matters across Commercial, Compliance and Regulatory, and Public Law, gaining practical legal knowledge and skills, conducting legal research, assisting in the preparation of legal documents and advice, and actively seeking learning opportunities to develop as a legal professional. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to solution design and independently configure and optimize application functionality to meet business needs. - Assist lawyers and partners across Commercial, Compliance and Regulatory, and Public Law practice areas with the preparation and execution of tasks on assigned matters, including drafting correspondence, contracts, other legal documents, and internal memoranda. - Conduct legal research using relevant databases and resources and summarize findings for supervising lawyers. Actively seek opportunities to expand knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
