Overview Strategic Resource Director of Infection Prevention (Remote) is a leadership role which serves the company’s mission through strategic allocation of resources to ensure the successful execution of strategies in the prevention of HAIs across all levels of the Enterprise. Reporting to the Senior Director of Infection Prevention , this position focuses on operationalizing system-wide initiatives, standardizing practices across multiple sites, and providing direct support to facility-based infection prevention teams. **Remote with minimal travel** Core Responsibilities: Staff Development : Recruits, orients, and mentors facility-level Infection Preventionists, fostering professional growth and ensuring consistent competency across the system. - Responsibility over the Ambulatory Surgery Centers - Operational Execution : Implements the system-wide infection control plan, ensuring all facilities implement enterprise policies, evidence based guidelines, regulatory standards and any applicable statutes. - Data Oversight : Manages surveillance activities and data validation ensuring accurate NHSN reporting; analyzes regional data to identify trends and prioritize improvement opport...
