This position involves assisting lead teachers and Teachers Assistants in one or more classrooms as needed, ensuring the safety, well-being, and developmental progress of the children under our care. Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities, including preparing materials, and implementing lesson plans. - Provide coverage in various classrooms as needed, adapting quickly to different age groups and teaching styles. - Ensure a safe and nurturing environment by supervising children during activities, meals, and rest periods. - Support the emotional and social development of children by encouraging positive interactions and modeling appropriate behavior. - Assist with maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment.
