Job description
Job Purpose: Internal sales specialised within a sub BU allocated to accounts where possible, deep knowledge of portfolio, process and vendor pricing, manages all quotes and closes orders; incentivized based on part of the portfolio Responsibilities: Build Excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge subject to clear managerial direction Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers. Can have a detailed conversation with customers on solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts Engages in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities to drive appropriate customer engagements Manages customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in “intelligent project fishing” In AS either manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, spe...
