Overview: - Department: Transport - Schedule: Evenings 3pm-10:30pm. Subject to change based on dept needs. Includes every other weekend and Holiday coverage - Facility: Resurrection Medical Center - Location: 7435 W Talcott Ave, Chicago, IL 60631 Responsibilities: The following statements are intended to describe the major elements and requirements of the position and should not be taken as an all inclusive list of responsibilities, duties and skills required, of an individual assigned to this job. The Radiology Transporter transports patients to and from the Radiology Department. Other duties include but are not limited to; Darkroom duties, ordering supplies, stocking, dressing patients and front office duties. This performs clerical duties for the Radiology Department such as answering telephones, greeting patients and preparing requisitions for outpatients. Other duties include, but are not limited to, filing patient reports, retrieving patient records for physicians or medical records.
