Our Valuations & Expert Services practice is a leading market player. We are well-known in Canada and abroad for our expertise and services to corporate clients, investment funds and their legal and other advisors. We are looking for a Director to join our Expert Services team. Day to Day Responsibilities: Will be tasked to work on a variety of financial and valuation analyses for a variety of purposes, including litigation/expert witness matters, financial reporting, fairness opinions, investment valuations and income tax Prepare and/or oversee Court ready written reports, presentations and supporting analyses Work closely with Managing Directors and manage team members in a rapidly growing practice area Develop a network of corporate, legal and other professionals Essential Traits: 8+ years of professional services experience, with valuation and accounting experience preferred but not essential CPA, CBV or CFA designations or pursuit thereof is preferred Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals: Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to work with corporate clients and their legal and other professional advisors Excellent analytical and quantitative s...
