POSITION OVERVIEW: The Patient Account Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional support to patients, providers, and other stakeholders by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their interactions with the Great Falls Clinic and Hospital. This role requires strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of healthcare processes, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
