Overview Develop technical process mastery and provide primary engineering support for project design, commissioning, and start‑up to ensure reliable operations and successful project execution. Support production and marketing teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production that meets customer and business goals Responsibilities: - Develop projects that improve process efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. - Perform all process engineering activities to ensure successful project development, commissioning and start up. Conduct post project audit to ensure results are realized. - Manage the mid‑term project portfolio by selecting and prioritizing projects that meet financial targets and support site growth and efficiency goals. - Work closely with the Plant Manager, Operations, Quality, and site leadership to ensure product quality, and support effective production and planning. Develop Production strategies, align inventory with customer needs, and provide operational support - Improve plant performance by developing KPIs, driving continuous improvement, supporting troubleshooting, and participating in PSM/MI processes such as PHAs and MOCs. - Support long‑te...
