Caldera Springs Groundskeeper (Seasonal)

Job description

Overview The Groundskeeper is responsible for working in a team environment to ensure the overall upkeep and eye appeal of the Caldera Springs Owners’ Association (CSOA) grounds. They will use a variety of tools, machines and other necessary materials to provide maintenance and landscaping to the grounds. In addition, the groundskeeper will also be responsible for the upkeep of the restrooms and other CSOA public areas. The Groundskeeper will assist with maintaining the AAA Four Diamond standards. The Groundskeeper will always conduct him/herself in manner which supports the Core Values of Sunriver Resort: Trust, Open & Honest Communication, and Commitment. He/She/They shall strive to deliver exceptional service to all internal and external guests at all times. In this role, they are responsible for exemplifying the Sunriver Resort Culture and actively supporting our Vision and Mission to be the destination of choice for our guests, owners, and associates.
