Description Odyssey House is seeking a full-time School-based Therapist to join our Youth Outpatient Program! Summary: You can make a difference in people’s lives and our community! Odyssey House, a 501(c)3 non-profit, is recognized as the best mental health and substance use treatment center in Utah. Odyssey House is looking for a School-Based Therapist who will be responsible for providing direct mental health services year-round to K-12 students and their families experiencing behavioral, substance use, and/or mental health difficulties. The therapist must possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills and be proficient, or willing to become proficient, in trauma-informed care. The therapist must have a high degree of self-motivation and initiative and engage in ongoing, approved professional development. The therapist will also provide consultation services to school staff to support the school's students and its overall mental health goals. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
