ROLE SUMMARY: The Vaccines National Accounts, Organized & Retail Customer, Policy Lead is a senior People Leader within the Vaccines Field Medical (VFM) organization and reports directly to the Vice President, Vaccines Field Medical. This role provides enterprise-level strategic direction, executional leadership, and people leadership for field medical engagement across national accounts, organized customers, retail channels, and related enterprise initiatives supporting inline and portfolio launch needs, with additional oversight of policy-related medical engagement. The role leads a multi-layered Field Medical organization and is a key member of the Vaccines Field Medical Leadership Team. Operating within a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment, the role partners closely with the Vaccines Portfolio Lead, Strategy and Execution Leads (SELs), Market Access, Commercial, Government Affairs, and other enterprise stakeholders to ensure aligned, high-impact, and compliant medical engagement across complex customer systems, with policy considerations integrated where appropriate.
