Responsibilities: - Perform all production positions, as needed. - Supports the specified Standard of Work training requirements for new and current employees entering new roles or who may need additional training in current roles. - Identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of new and current employees. - Assist with completion of Skills Confirmation sheets for current employees. - Follow up training with new and current employees when needed. - Think outside of the box on ways to improve acclimating new employees and cu...
