This role can be based in any Environmental Services office location in North America. The position requires regular in-office presence in support of our flexible work practice and may require travel to a variety of offices throughout North America. YOUR OPPORTUNITY: We are seeking a Commercial Manager to join our Environmental Services Business Operating Unit (ES BOU). This senior leadership role partners with operations, growth, pursuit, and project teams to guide business and legal decisions across pursuits, contracts, negotiations, and project delivery, driving successful outcomes while minimizing financial risk. Reporting to the Business Operating Unit Operations Leader (BOU OL), this role will engage directly on pursuits, client contractual negotiations, and projects with elevated risk profiles, including multinational clients and others spanning multiple geographic regions. By bridging legal, commercial, and execution priorities, the Commercial Manager will play a critical role in delivering win-win outcomes for both Stantec and its clients.
