The role: As a motivated BI & Data Analyst you will support our Customer Care team by developing reports, performing data analysis, and generating insights across key service areas such as warranty, repair service, technical service, contact center, spare parts & accessories, and customer surveys, and other related after sales data. The role is responsible for building and maintaining Power BI reports, using DAX for calculations and data modeling, and leveraging basic SQL for data preparation and validation. In addition to reporting, the role focuses on applying analytical and statistical methods to understand performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
