Purpose and Scope: Efficiently fuel assigned equipment. Perform the work required in a timely manner and maintain adequate production to meet service schedules. Essential Responsibilities: Installs, maintains , repairs, and inspect the following FSE Assets: Fuel Operational Re a diness Capability Equipment ( FORCE) R -11 Refueling Units: C-301 Refueling Units: T actical A utomated S ervice S tation (TASS) PMU-27 Pumping Cart: 10K , 50K and 210K Fuel Bladder 210K Berm Liner Test Set Flow: C ross C ountry P ipeline (CCP) Kits Adjusts/repair pumps, control valves, meters, strainers, filters, water separators, and all other elements of liquid fuel systems. Makes periodic inspections of fuel bladders, pumping units in compliance with applicable regulations, to detect and correct leakage, corrosion, faulty fittings, and malfunction of mechanical units, meters, gauges, and hoses. Perform 90- and 180-day inspections of FSE assets per regulations, AFI and Technical Orders Inspect electrical wiring, switches, and controls for safe operating condition, grounding, and adjustment.
