Job Summary As a Youth Care Professional I, you will assist in the care and treatment of our youth. In this position as a camp staff member at Camp Possibilities, you will play a role in creating and leading a variety of outdoor camp activities in an engaging, therapeutic setting. YCPs assist youth in developing life and social skills, and in establishing a safe physical and emotional environment for youth in care. As a YCP I, you will serve as an adult role model for youth in all behaviors, including communication, hygiene, appearance, management of self, response to stress, and in the demonstration of positive relationships with others.
