Job description

Position Summary The Commissioning engineer will work as a part of the Project Engineering team in Australia/New Zealand and be responsible for the commissioning of mission critical electrical and mechanical equipment, safe electrical practices, facility/project handover, and issue resolution. The role will be responsible for developing and executing commissioning scripts/tests to demonstrate to the customer that the equipment is correctly installed and set to work, support enhanced design reviews and consult to the business as required. Key Responsibilities: Testing & Commissioning: - Development of electrical, mechanical and total system test scripts. - Attend and oversee pre-customer testing - Attend and be an active participant of customer equipment FWT/FAT/SAT. - Liaise with customer commissioning teams/agents as required. - Coordinate with Service operations on the scheduling of commissioning/start-up. - Execute Test scripts in conjunction with Projects and Service teams. - Prepare and submit test results reports and documentation to the customer’s expectations. - Conduct facility walk throughs and punch list reviews in conjunction with the Project Management team.
