Role Summary: The Manager of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis will play an important role for Cinemark, providing significant financial planning and analysis support to Cinemark’s senior management team. This role oversees all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for G&A functions, headcount management and incentive planning. This role partners closely with HR, Legal, and corporate functional leaders to ensure accurate workforce planning, disciplined cost management, and effective incentive governance. The ideal candidate for this position will have seasoned FP&A acumen, clear communication skills, an ability to positively collaborate and influence across varied functions and cultures, and experience operating in a matrixed company.
