Role description: Arcadis is looking for Senior/Principal Road Designers to be part of major infrastructure projects. The projects involve High Speed Motorways and Major Urban Arterials and could involve several design stages (ie, Concept Design and Detailed Design) Role accountabilities: · Manage, plan, resource and complete the assigned delivery of the Road Design component of projects within agreed budgets and deadlines. · Identify, communicate and optioneer with the team to resolve technical road design issues. · Lead a road design project team, including coaching and development of capabilities. · Assist the Project Manager in determining the resources required for a project plan including elements suitable for outsourcing; · Ensure the production of project documents that are accu...
