Amentum, a global leader in critical mission support, engineering, technology, and national security solutions, is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to support a government contract based in Jacksonville, Florida at Mayport. POSITION SUMMARY: Perform duties described in the Service Contract Act Service Order GENERAL MAINTENANCE WORKER . May perform duties of other classifications that have a pay rate equal to or lower than the employee’s current rate. Work will be performed at MCSF Blount Island. DUTIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge (but not proficiency) in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.
