Job Description Summary The HR Site Leader for Strother (Arkansas City, Kansas) is responsible for leading end-to-end HR support for approximately 650 employees. This role provides strategic and operational HR leadership across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, labor relations, talent management, leadership coaching and development, organization design, culture and employee engagement. The HR Site Leader partners closely with business leaders to align HR priorities with site and business objectives while supporting a positive, compliance and high-performing work environment.
