Description: *Due to being an in-plant position, the below referenced job duties have been provided by the client: Qualifications/Competencies: · 0-5 Years’ Experience in industry setting with an understanding of management of change processes, process operations and a proven ability to prepare and present information. · Education: High School or Equivalent; Associate (Preferred) or Bachelors (Plus) · A thorough understanding of change processes and the impacts of change on facility assets and employees. · Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. · Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle Responsibilities & Essential Duties · Assist MOC owners with the overall implementation, management, and execution of the MOC processes and provides subject matter expertise. · Support and sustain the local requirements of the MOC process from a technical management perspective. · Participates or facilitates regular MOC status meetings, governance/ assurance, and status management of MOC records, overdue actions, temporary MOC expiration dates, target completion dates, and close out dates. · Assist MOC metric...
