Job Overview The SAP Business Process Architect plays a critical role in driving business process standardization and the adoption of best practices across HES. This role is responsible for assessing existing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, building alignment across stakeholders, and leading the execution of prioritized business process initiatives. The position partners closely with the Corporate Business Process team to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices, while continuously improving processes to meet evolving business needs. Reporting to the HES Business Process Director, this role works cross functionally with HES Operations, Brand Management, site level leadership, Customer Service, and IT to enable standardized, scalable processes that support core business performance metrics and operational excellence.
